PowerHeat Container Warming System

Secomak PowerHeat Empty Bottle Warming System

The Secomak PowerHeat

The PowerHeat is a high specification pre-heat tunnel for empty bottles and is designed to prevent thermal shock and poor quality bottle processing on both food and beverage production lines.

The PowerHeat uses mid-range, non-glass infrared heating elements to regulate the temperature before hot filling or prior to labelling and sleeving; preventing costly cracks in jars on hot fill lines, or condensation build up on empty labelled bottles.

The unit comes with an in-built intelligent safety control system featuring integral inlet, outlet and proximity sensors and jam detection capabilities to ensure the heating elements are only active when products are running through the line. In case of stoppages the induced vacuum ring jets provide rapid cooling to prevent energy wastage and overheating.
